Or straight up ghosted.

So let me ask you; not as a therapist, but like a friend sitting on your floor at 1am:
Was it the person… or the version of you that you only got to be when they were around?

Breakups don’t just take someone away.
They take the rituals, the routines, the rhythm.
You’re grieving more than a person; you’re grieving who you were with them.
