What If You’re Carrying Too Much; and No One’s Noticing?

You’re the one people count on.
The reliable one. The one who “always figures it out.”
But let’s be honest; you’re tired. Like bone-deep, brain-fog, can’t-think-straight tired.

And still… you keep showing up.
Because if you don’t, who will?

As your friend;
Can I ask something without sugarcoating it?
When did you start confusing being strong with being self-sacrificing?

Because somewhere along the way, you stopped asking for help.
Not because you didn’t need it.
But because you learned people don’t listen when you say “I’m not okay” unless you’re already falling apart.

“The problem is we expect women to work like they don’t have children, and raise children like they don’t work.” Amy Westervelt, journalist & author(But honestly? This applies to anyone who’s ever been the default caregiver; at home or at work.)

You’re carrying too much. And no one’s clapping; just expecting.
That’s not strength. That’s survival.

🧠 Try asking yourself:

  • If I stopped saying “yes” to everything, who would I be disappointing?

  • Have I ever actually been given the same care I give out?

  • What if I dropped one thing; just one; and the world didn’t fall apart?

You don’t need to prove your worth by holding everyone else’s life together.

You Deserve to Be Held Too

BhavnaQ isn’t here to tell you to hustle smarter or time-block better.
It’s here to remind you: you’re allowed to be tired. You’re allowed to need help. You’re allowed to stop pretending.

  • Check in when the emotional weight gets too quiet to notice

  • Track the load you’ve been carrying; and who put it there

  • Journal the things you’ve been swallowing for the sake of peace

  • Get content that says, “You don’t have to keep doing it all.”

BhavnaQ; because being everything for everyone shouldn’t mean losing yourself.
